Full Name : Alex Marquez Alenta
Born on 23rd April 1996 in Cervera, Lleida, Spain,
He has a brother named Marc Marquez Alenta (racer of moto2)
His father's name was Julia Marquez and his mother's name was Rosser Alenta.
He has been champion in the 50 cc Metrakit Cataluna, and was runner-up in 2007 70 cc. In 2008, in the Mediterranean and R. Speed Championships A. C. C. Junior team, on April 13, came second in Albacete at 80 cc. On April 27, was third in his debut at Alcarras Pre GP 125 cc.
